Iphones.biz Return Policy

• We give you a 30-day, Money-Back, Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are dissatisfied with any item, for any reason within the first 30 days from invoice, complete the Return Request Form. Please note that by filling out the RMA Request form, you agree to the information below. Refused or address incomplete shipments will be charged twice the normal shipping fee. RETURN Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests are processed within two (2) business days, Monday through Friday. At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number & instructions on how to ship the item back. 30 Day Satisfaction Refunds allow you to return complete, undamaged hardware for a full merchandise refund under the following conditions: • Merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and received in the same condition as when sold to you, including all parts and pieces. • Software cannot be opened or tampered with. Car kits cannot be returned once installed. Memory cards are not returnable unless defective. • Merchandise must be repackaged properly so that it is not damaged during shipping. • The package MUST have our Return Authorization Number on the return label! • Packages returned without the Return Authorization Number on it will not be processed, and may be refused or returned! • To obtain a Return Authorization Number please complete the Return Request Form at Returns & Warranty. • On 30 Day Satisfaction Refund requests, & on Warranty item(s) after 30 days, Customer is responsible for shipping charges to us. • On orders where Free shipping was invoiced, the published shipping fee is deducted from the 30 Day Satisfaction refund. • Warranty & Replacement items are shipped prepaid by us to you. • We invoice your credit card for the replacement item(s) upon shipment, & process refunds to your credit card only upon return receipt of the items meeting the above requirements. • Items sent in for replacement under warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of our returns department. Replacements will only be of the same item. If the exact same item is not available, we may substitute a similar item with the same functionality at no extra charge.

USPS First Class Mail First class mail is an affordable replacement shipping method when compared to UPS / FedEx ground services. Moreover, USPS delivers on Saturdays for no extra charge. USPS First Class Mail takes from 2-8 working days, depending on destination and seasons. For all shipments shipped via USPS First class, we offer 'DELIVERY CONFIRMATION' number with each package. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS / FedEx vs. USPS Delivery Confirmation number is, Delivery Confirmation status is updated once each day and does not show in detail where the package is at certain time like UPS / FedEx tracking number does. Cut-Off time for USPS First Class Mail is 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time. (FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

UPS Ground UPS Ground service is a reliable replacement for USPS First Class Mail. UPS provides up to date tracking information. Ground service takes any where from 2-7 working days for delivery depending on destinations. UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Cut-Off time for UPS Ground Shipment is 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time.

Air Shipment Air shipments, overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day (saver), offers guaranteed delivery time for your shipment. If you are in hurry or in need for the items on schedule, select this method. Up to date tracking information is provided with each Air Shipment. iPhones.biz has right to choose between UPS or FedEx for Air Shipment carrier. Cut-Off time for any Air Shipment is 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time.
